All puppies have left for their new homes!!

We consider every litter to be a blessing and take the responsibility very serious indeed! With only having one litter a year, we are able to focus all of our attention to the puppies and that leads to well adjusted, happy, socialized puppies.

We will update this page every week with new photos of each puppy.  This gives you the opportunity to watch them grow and change with us.

We raise our babies in our home, as companions and family members.  Testimonials prove that in-home births create intelligent, well socialized puppies. There are No kennels here and no barn.  They live in our home with us and our adult dogs.  Puppies are then used to the sights, sounds and smells of a normal home.  We do this so that they are not frightened and unfamiliar with a home environment when they reach their new families.

We pride ourselves in producing the best quality basset puppy possible.  We breed for large framed, heavy boned, correct conformation with tons of extra loose skin, heavy wrinkles,  extra short straight wrinkled legs, straight backs, huge feet and heavy long ears... true to the European type.  Just as important as conformation... is intelligence and calm, loving temperaments.

Preparing our puppies for a healthy life, begins well before they are born, with the care and attention
their parents receive each and every day.
Our mothers-to-be get everything they need  from the start to insure a healthy well developed litter, physically and mentally.  Our puppies are actually born in our living room, right in the middle of our daily lives.  This way they get 24 hour care they require and  the socialization they need right from the start.  When they are three weeks old, we start the puppies on a mixture of fresh goats milk, K9 Puppy Gold and Canidae All Life Stages Formula  dog food.

Our puppies are given constant interaction and care so they are raised correctly from birth. The socialization and quality life given to our puppies here at Easterbrook Bassets permanently shapes their future personality and how they will react to things in their environment as an adult.

Your new puppy will arrive to you happy, clean, well adjusted and glowing with health.  He or she will have a 1 year Health Guarantee, Current vaccinations,  having had several de-wormings,  Microchip, Veterinary health certificate a sample of Canidae All Life Stages food, A "Puppy pack"  full of family photos, pedigree and valuable nutritional and training information. Your new puppy will also have a successful start at crate/potty training. Puppies that are flying to their new homes are supplied with a travel crate as well.  We do not charge for travel to the airport, only the actual cost of the flight.   Our involvement doesn't stop when you take your puppy home.  We're here for a lifetime of support and helpful advise.

Puppies are priced at $1100 Male or Female with Limited AKC Registration.  Full Registration (For breeding and show purposes) will be considered on an individual basis.
